1994
National Founding
Registered on 21 November 1994 by fifteen people living with HIV/AIDS to create a support network and fight the spread of the disease.
1999
Kahama Branch Launched
SHDEPHA+ Kahama branch was launched in Kahama District, joining a growing network of branches countrywide.
2002
Independent Operations
The Kahama branch began independent operations — developing, managing, and implementing its own projects under the shared constitution.

Working Toward the SDGs
Partnering with international and national donors, local and central government, and stakeholders toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
